I am a psychologist with over 15 years of experience working in performance environments. Currently I work in high performance sport, in the arts, and in private practice. A lot of my recent work has involved working with a range of people adapting to changes associated with COVID-19. Taking a self-compassionate approach to the many struggles we are having, allows us try new ways of dealing with the rapidly changing environment and find novel ways to live a life we can value.
