Libby Klysz has worked as a performer, director, writer, manager, teacher, producer and consultant for a wide variety of companies over the past decade, such as Perth Theatre Company, Lunchbox Productions UK, Black Swan State Theatre Company, Barking Gecko Theatre Company, the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts and The Blue Room Theatre. She most recently produced the Martin Sims Award nominated The Man and The Moon for her company Variegated Productions; Alvin Sputnik: Deep Sea Explorer and the community engagement tour for It’s Dark Outside and Falling Through Clouds, all for The Last Great Hunt. Libby has also tour managed The Adventures of Alvin Sputnik: Deep Sea Explorer & It’s Dark Outside around the world for Perth Theatre Company & The Last Great Hunt, and Slava’s Snow Show for Lunchbox Productions UK. Libby lectures at Edith Cowan University, is an original and current member of improvisational comedy troupe The Big Hoo-HAA!, and is very proudly the Chair of the Board at The Blue Room Theatre. She champions Western Australian talent at every opportunity.
