Assistant Tour Coordinator – CircuitWest

We are looking for an arts lover who wants to learn how to coordinate touring productions, working with our team to get performing arts funded and playing venues across WA.

The Assistant Tour Coordinator helps makes tours happen, bringing together all of the elements of touring and working directly with producers to get the show on the road.

The perfect person has good organisational, Microsoft Office and people skills, and has performed, or volunteered worked  in some area of the arts before. They will work with a great team just outside the Perth CBD.

The principal duties will be to support the tour coordination team to help organisations and independents deliver tours in Western Australia including logistics, planning and funding.

This is an 8-month contract – part time 45 hours per fortnight commencing ASAP and paying $60 per annum (pro rata). The days and hours are negotiable once an initial training period is completed. The job is in the funding cycle and CircuitWest is applying to fund it well beyond 2023.
